Very bad , looked more like people who have no home stay there . Stinky , dirty . The receptionist she was however very nice and helpful , when I had to cancel the stay , This property felt very unsafe.

Overall property in poor physical shape. Broken curbs, sidewalks, rooms old and need updating. Not worth the money that they are charging. No available coffee or ATM. Red Roof corporation should be ashamed to even have their name associated with this property. Many homeless are staying here courtesy of Erie County and New York State government.

It was a run down property that appears to be used as a welfare hotel. Several very unsavory characters walking around, and it was very unclean.

Burn hole in the sheet, bathroom door knob was falling off and there was dirty water in the bath tub. These were the major issues.

The room we stayed in was in bad shape.. cords were cut & missing, lightbulbs missing, towel bar missing, safe broken,, controls on the a/c were missing or broken however the a/c did work. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The desk clerk was very helpful & was able to get us on the ground level.

I checked in at about 6:30 PM… The room was completely filthy was not cleaned. Then I went back to the front and she didn’t know why that happened that she had an attitude. Then she switched my room… I go to the next room and that one was dirty as well, and it had those big stink bugs in it. I then went back to the front and realized that there was a lot of other people completing as well for the same problem. Definitely do not book here.!!!

Hairs in the bathtub. Huge chunk of frost under the freezer inside the small refrigerator (they need to thaw and restart it once in a while). The PTAC unit worked well (as AC for us). Staff were helpful responding to requests.

Not happy about my stay there. I have stayed at other Red Roof hotels in the past with no issues. Too bad for me that I traveled all day or I would have left after check-in and found another place to sleep. Too many things wrong with this place. I will say the only positive is that the shower water was hot.
