"I didn’t arrive until 12:30 am but the check in process was easy and the attendant was very kind and helpful. The room was amazing and very spacious. I enjoyed a short 12 hours there before my transfer to Hua Hin. "

"What ia unique is the pleasant staff willing to help with all your little needs like extra towels or adjusting your booking to yhe days you like. Free breakfast was surprising and plentiful. My only concern was that I use very little salt, and Thai stir-fry has an abundace of the stuff. So be prepared. It was a pleasant restful stay!"

"It was perfect for my travel schedule I needed to be close to the airport and be on a early morning flight they provided me with free transportation to and from the airport and they even packed me up a breakfast box because I was leaving before the breakfast time but they went above and beyond my expectations by doing that for me they offered that to me I have never experienced that before from a hotel in all of my travels. I just want to say thank you for the hospitality it was very kind and...

"What an amazing experience… I would like to thank Mu at reception… she have the original tour and very gentle sold it to me, I ended up staying 4 nights… I tried looking for her all those days… In the end Mu was there to check me out… a must visit when in Bankok… absolutely 5 star experience…"

"Sabah uçağım olduğu için havalimanı servisi olan bir yer seçtim. Otel güzeldi rahat bir şekilde servisine binip havalimanına gidip geri havalimanına dönebiliyorsunuz. Havalimanına gittiğimde odada çantamı unutmuştım, hemen bir sonraki servisle bana ulaştırdılar. Her şey için teşekkür ediyorum."

"Excellent airport hotel with many convinient spots 2 minute walk away… not the nicest zone in Bankok but it serves wonderfully for airport arrival and departure- excellent staff- great on time transfer to and from airport- amazing value and a 24 hour room service and reception"

"Spa was excellent and though prices were much higher than the street level stores, the elegant setting is well worth the price. Not all therapists are great though. Recommend Anne the best."

"I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to this hotel as they exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is superb, it's elegant and cozy. The staff were all accommodating and pleasant. We loved the breakfast buffet as it offers variety of food and it's very tasty. Overall, the service is totally amazing and I can personally recommend it as it provides convenience and comfort, plus it's very cheap for the entire service package. "
