"Hotel a little dated but was convenient location for our plans. Room was comfortable and clean. A/C fan a little noisy but not bad. Breakfast was good. Tamara at front desk super friendly"

"The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly. Also I woke up with a lower backache every day because the mattress was terrible! Then on Wednesday, they didn’t put out coffee for their free breakfast. For the money you pay, I would NOT recommend this Hotel."

"Nice hotel rooms. Pretty clean and the rooms are pretty spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to call the hotel twice for someone to come to the front desk to check in. And lastly, the side door on the first floor is for exiting only and not entering so it made it hard for me to bring things in and out."

"Hi! We love your property. Our Bellman, Corey was excellent in providing fantastic service. Your valet parking system is disgraceful. Sunday, May 18, 2026, we called for our car and 4 attempts calling for it, 45 minutes later it arrived. Your employee working behind the counter at the valet office, was so extremely rude. It was disappointing. There was a cart in our hallway for 3 days with hangars and a 12 pack of Dr. Pepper Zero. It’s the little things."

Roaches in bath. Ceiling tiles missing. Locking door knob held on by blue tape. Window curtains torn in each room and others we saw. "

"What a gem of a property! We stayed before their “grand opening”, and so they are l working out the kinks. We gave it a two thumbs up, with the only issue being that the refrigerator in the room was on the tiny side. Other than that, we are so happy we stayed there! Put it on your list, if you want to be in Nashville, but want to stay in a quieter part of town."
