"This is an excellent hotel if you want an easier and less crowded area to stay. The room was clean, parking was free, great, full breakfast and very comfortable beds. There is a shuttle every hour that can save you the hassle of parking in the downtown area."

"We liked that it was ten minutes or less from the Opry House. Check in was quick and easy even though we arrived two hours before the listed check in time. The room was nice and accommodating for our one night stay. The only problem was the limited parking spaces. We drive a large GMC Sierra that needs more space to get in and out and it just wasn’t available. Nobody told us if there was any other parking available so when we came back from the Opry and found all spaces taken, we took a space in...

"Urban Cowboy has a really terrific interior design aesthetic. The staff was warm and welcoming, everything from the bar staff to the check-in staff. Really enjoyed the complementary drink and breakfast included. "

"I love the fact that this hotel helps the homeless. It is a very unique hotel. Very pretty. Our third floor sky light room was cute, a little tight but still very nice. Wish I would have known there was no elevator and that we were on the third floor, I would have requested a ground or second floor room. It was nice, however, that they do have an elevator for your luggage. That helped! Also the complimentary champagne and snacks and water were a very nice touch! "
