"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Really good hotel, facilities and amenities. Staff and service were fantastic - treated like royalty the whole time. First class."

"Good"

"Stayed there every single time, and this is my third time for this year. Every time is also at level 7. First 2 times was good, but not this round. Believe the housekeeping can do a better job. Hairs on wash basins upon checked-in and stains around shower area. Room was dusty as my sensitive nose keep sneezing, don't think hotels nowadays do vacuum the carpet everyday. I spotted my own hair on the carpet (same spot) for the entire stay."

"The whole building has been tastefully refurbished to be green. But it is not elder friendly. Shower area and whole bathroom are slippery. No grab bars. Glass doors throughout the building have very heavy hinges and the elderly can only get them opened halfway."

"the kettle is not working. the air conditioning is not cool or too cool"

"Clean room and excellent staff."

"チャットでいろいろと対応してもらえるので非常にスムーズにチェックイン後の確認が出来ました。"

"Really good place. Good location to escape the main city life. Plus still get some culture. Only thing was hust a few insects in the place. But take nothing away from the place, good gym great pool and views "

"The sound proofing is amazing. Despite being next to a mosque I wasn't woken up at 5am. The place was clean. Check in was a hassle as they can't do multiple forms of payment to pay for the hotel."

"More amenities"

"Spacious snd clean rooms. Helpful staff. Convenient shopping and dining options including transport options. Very good location."

"May I know when can I receive my deposit refund .as per promise will refund between 3-5 days . Already 1 week still not yet received the refund."
