"Renovated property just outside of Mendocino. Very friendly and helpful people at the front desk who were more than willing to accommodate our requests for extra coffee, towels etc. Property consists of a group of buildings each with 2-3 rooms; looks like most of the rooms have been recently renovated to high standards. Our room was very large but looked like it had the original bathroom. But it was very clean and nicely furnished. Internet was easy to connect too and quite fast (we...

"The view was outstanding. There are walking paths near the water. Our desk assistant recommended a great place to eat. The hotel is from 1878 and has all that charm. The lobby and bar (which is closed) has beautiful woodwork. The property is under new owners and they are planning a renovation. I hope they maintain the look and feel of an old inn."

"The property owners made us feel welcomed easy to check in. Communicated with us to ensure we made it safely. The property is extremely cute, clean and comfortable. Checked into a cute room with clean and comfortable sheets. Made our anniversary vacation extra special with flowers and wine. Walked around got to enjoy the property spaces library and water tower. "We loved the balcony and the view. So close to Noyo Harbor Tavern and restaurant, which we love. Close to everything. We've been coming to Mendocino/Ft Bragg for 20 years and always stay at the Little River Inn. This was a nice change and we will stay here again. Mrs. Dorian Hoffman"

"The location is to die for! So beautiful, clinging to the cliffs. Our room had a wonderful ocean view. The included breakfast was delicious, fresh. The room was well stocked with coffee (reg and decaf) and creamer. Our room had a large spa tub, overlooking the ocean, a wonderful spa shower, heated floors, confortable bed. "I was impressed from the second we checked in. Front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming! The room was very spacious and clean. The whole property is extremely clean and quiet. The rooms and balcony are very private, the whole place was sold out of rooms when we stayed but we wouldn’t have even known that it was so quiet. We also were able to walk right across the street to the beach. We will definitely be back! "

"Love little places like this. Beats a hotel 6 ways from Sunday. You can park right outside the door. No lugging your bags all over, no loud people up and down the hall. It's like your own little "Tiny house" Well taken care of and up date. Though a couple usb wall plug would have been nice but we came prepaired."
