"Excellent value hotel - clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool looked nice (unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't get to take advantage of it). Staff was friendly. Breakfast is typical German/Swiss (Bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, juice, muesli, coffee/tea). Great stopover traveling between Germany and Italy. Free parking right out front of the building - very convenient! "

"The check in staffs was awesome. Loved the upgrade, loved the balcony lake & mountain view and my kids did too. The coffee and fruits availability. (24 hours) Dinner, the meals are delicious 😋 cost (you worry too much) more on the outside. Thank you Mr. Flores."

"We had a fabulous stay in the Stanserhorn Room from June 20 -25, 2025. The room was large, comfortable, with a balcony and spectacular lake views. The bathroom was modern. Staff was friendly and competent. "Boutique Hotel Schluessel was perfect for a remote getaway. The staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of amenities including a self service mini bar, hairdryers and drinking water faucets in the rooms. Our room was warm in the heat of the summer but we were provided with fans which kept the room cool. "Ein gemütliches Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Sehr netter Empfang mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Balkon ist sehr angenehm. "This hotel was absolutely wonderful and made our trip to Engleberg so worth the detour we took to go there. The staff was excellent with the most note worthy service being provided by Freya and Lazio. We stayed in the Epoque room which was one of the loveliest beautifully appointed rooms with rounded windows but modern Scandinavian style furniture and a gorgeous up to date bathroom! And the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an outstanding experience and highly recommend this property. "

"Everything was wonderful. It is a beautiful place with scenic surroundings.Only suggestion is if you want to book go on their hotel website as they said expedia does hide few things about them and if you are making reservation through expedia then you are only hotel guest not resort guest ( means not all the activities are included and you have to pay for them seperately)."
