"Mona was quite a host for our booking and was very friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had an issue about the main entrance door, after we had after checked-in. I had to wait for other people to access the building as the owner did not provide the key. "

"Great place to stay in Andermatt. We were in walking distance to everything. My kids loved the sofa bed. It was huge ! We were greeted by the manager who waited for us since we were stuck in traffic. Only downside was the train station which you could hear if you are a light sleeper."

"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. "We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. "This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

"Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Property is fair, not fancy or upgraded recently but fair enough. Shower area is tiny so anyone about 5,11” and above can’t shower here. Overall a good stay. "
