"Fantastic location on Stoos, just minutes walk from the funicular cable train, Morschach gondola, and chair lifts going up to Fronalpstock. We opted for the halfboard option. breakfast was great, Dinner was a set menu each night with different options. Service was great. We have a 1.5 year old, and a high chair, toys, colouring activities and child friendly plates were always ready at our table each meal. The spa was clean and very well equipped. Highly recommend getting the spa add on....

"The check in staffs was awesome. Loved the upgrade, loved the balcony lake & mountain view and my kids did too. The coffee and fruits availability. (24 hours) Dinner, the meals are delicious 😋 cost (you worry too much) more on the outside. Thank you Mr. Flores."

"We had a fabulous stay in the Stanserhorn Room from June 20 -25, 2025. The room was large, comfortable, with a balcony and spectacular lake views. The bathroom was modern. Staff was friendly and competent. "This hotel was absolutely wonderful and made our trip to Engleberg so worth the detour we took to go there. The staff was excellent with the most note worthy service being provided by Freya and Lazio. We stayed in the Epoque room which was one of the loveliest beautifully appointed rooms with rounded windows but modern Scandinavian style furniture and a gorgeous up to date bathroom! And the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an outstanding experience and highly recommend this property. "

"Boutique Hotel Schluessel was perfect for a remote getaway. The staff are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and there are lots of amenities including a self service mini bar, hairdryers and drinking water faucets in the rooms. Our room was warm in the heat of the summer but we were provided with fans which kept the room cool. "Ein gemütliches Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Sehr netter Empfang mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Balkon ist sehr angenehm. Cafemaschine auf dem Gang ist eine nette Option für Zwischendurch. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack ein wenig zu hart. "Absolutely stunning views from room and restaurant. I stayed in the Naturhus, and my room was a little dated, but I was there for the lovely balcony overlooking the lake. If you want a more updated room, choose one in the main building. "

"Bellevue Hotel is great! It’s almost the oldest hotel in Engelberg, but the hotel is very unique, stylish and clean. Very European style. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The most amazing part is the view from the balcony, love it!"

"Everything was wonderful. It is a beautiful place with scenic surroundings.Only suggestion is if you want to book go on their hotel website as they said expedia does hide few things about them and if you are making reservation through expedia then you are only hotel guest not resort guest ( means not all the activities are included and you have to pay for them seperately)."
