"Sophie Terrace is near the train station in Rome. It was a very comfortable and safe hotel, and the front desk staff, (during our stay we mostly dealt with Flo, but all of them was very kind), helped us with restaurant recommendations and directions and offered tips on how to enjoy Rome. We loved the stay and the staff was warm and friendly, so you felt very comfortable there. 100% recommend!"

Also appreciated that we could store our luggage on the reception area since we arrived very early and had a late flight back. "This hotel is very nice. Located on a quiet street but 5 minutes walking distance to several places to eat. Room serviced daily, service was excellent. Front desk very responsive to our needs AND went far out of their way to help get us on our way! I didn’t see a name tag but the young lady on duty closed our stay out in style. She ran interference on the elevator, helped us get our bags out of the facility and verified we had the correct cab as there were several departures at the same...

It has been recently renovated, everything is super clean and nicely done, and the rooms are bright, spotless, and equipped with a comfortable king bed. The 24-hour reception and free coffee are great touches. Overall, a really good experience."

Não sei do café pq eu não incluí café nas minhas estadias. Mas de resto achei tudo ótimo, eu voltaria e inclusive eu recomendei pra uma amiga."
