"loved this hotel - I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite and it was spacious and beautiful. It had a nice sized balcony, a jacuzzi bathtub (which I didn't get to use). It also came with a dyson hairdryer and a yoga mat and weights. I was in Madrid for less than 24 hours, so I had a lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time. "Beautiful new hotel, outstanding staff. The breakfast buffet offered many options , you could also order off of a menu - omelette etc. the front desk staff & door staff were very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Centrally located."

"Location is right in the middle of Madrid. Close to a Metro station so easy to get around. Lots of places to eat nearby. Room is clean for some reason we didn’t have any soap in the bathroom or body wash. Had to request and they took a while. Otherwise, everything was great smooth check-in check out and they hold our luggage."

"Room did not have a hot water heater for tea and coffee. The location was perfect, balcony overlooked the Gran Via. "

"Bad service , very small rooms (looks like you are in a low class cruise room), poor room cleaning ,the pool is too small and the service was terrible , my daughter request a coke and never received it , the lady there said that happened because you she did it thru the QR app, and they have not enough employees to attend that, not even said I'm sorry . They were with a friend that lives in Madrid, eating something at the pool and they kick them out the pool, very rude personnel. Not recommended...

"The location excellent. The hotel lobby staff were excellent & kind! Loved my room too, old charm with great amenities. And wonderful view. Loved it. The staff at roof top terrace except for the girl with short hair who receives the guest at the entrance (she was very lovely) I sat there for a while and no one asked what I needed. I paid a lot to be there…as a guest. So Not a great feeling. The next day I went.. still wasn’t attended to quick enough. people who came after me where seen before...
