The staff here is very kind and helpful, and they speak English. Room was exceptional…clean, comfortable beds, coffee maker in room…the hotel offers complimentary coffee and snacks every afternoon. The hotel itself is a work of art! I enjoyed taking the stairs over the elevator...

"Doubletree Hilton Prado is my go to hotel whenever I’m in Madrid. The rooms are spotless, the amenities are great, and the staff is wonderful. Location is safe and walking distance to all. It was 100°F when I was a Madrid and the air conditioning is nice and cold. Bed is comfortable, bathroom spotless."

The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio.
