"Hotel was very conveniently located. The Haneda sky garden was directly outside the lobby and a short walk to terminal 3. Room was clean, though design is still somewhat dated. Wish the bathroom was slightly bigger but no issues for a short stay."

"Hotel was conveniently located about 15min by foot to the train station and close to bus stops. Gym was clean and well maintained. Laundry is available if needed. Hotel has 2 restaurants as well as a bakery for a quick morning breakfast if desired. What was lacking is a small convenience store to purchase drinks/snacks/toiletries since there isn’t one nearby.
Room was efficient and clean but very small. We had the 4 person family room."

"The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Staff responsive to all our questions or needs. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but it was offered at the cafe that also offered other things throughout the day. Great price for the stay and great location. Not in the middle of the nightlife but a few minutes walk away. Food and corner stores everywhere. Train station also close"

The only problem for me is the noise from the train(station) if you get a room facing the station, like in my case. Its quite annoying if you want to sleep a bit longer.
Woukd i stay there again, yes, but only if it is guaranteed that i get a room that is facing the road, not the train station."
