By the way, I booked a city view room, but I was given a lake view (along with construction view on going right now), but I was moved to another room, so no issues with the room. "The baggage staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was great.On arrival to our room the mugs were dirty and the floor not vacuumed Our issue was that renovations were being done after 6pm and on one occasion until 10:30 pm, constant drilling. The receptionist were not answering and we had to go down to reception to ask them for the drilling to be stopped."
