"In general it was an amazing stay. Clean room, amazing staff, great shuttle, the breakfast is amazing, do yourself a favor and add it to your stay, you can't go wrong. I rated the stay good instead of excellent. In truth it was excellent. The only issue, and in April in Bangkok this will sound crazy but the room was frigid cold.
