"Very helpful staff"

"お食事は朝夕とも美味しかったし綺麗でしたがお部屋内のバスマット・内線電話の設置が無くフロントへの連絡が出来ずわざわざフロントまで行かなければならない　貸切風呂は予約なしで別料金も掛からず良いが前に使っていると髪の毛などが浮いていて湯船が汚い　施設が綺麗なのに残念でした"

"The private hot spring is great. To use the public one at the hotel, no swimsuits are allowed. Some features of the hotel could use some updating. The front desk staff sometimes spoke English and sometimes were helpful. The food was pretty good. But the amount of food served in insane, and honestly I wish there was an à la carte option. There are no restaurants close by."

"海洋深層水のプールは、とてもリラックス出来て良かった。ボーリング、ビリヤード等無料で遊べ、飲み物も無料なので一日中楽しめました。温泉も2ヶ所、良いお風呂でした。朝食も美味しかった。"

"First off I will say the location of this hotel is the WORST! it is far away from everything and yes you may see Mount Fuji but they have no shuttle to the outlets or anything. Me and my husband had to rent a car. It’s a very nice hotel but staff were RUDE, even the kitchen crew were being very rude!! Only nice things I can say is the complementary breakfast was good. I will never stay here again."

"The property is a little run down but clean. The staff was rude when we were trying to check in. My husband and kids were behind me checking in and were told they couldn’t be there and shooed them away and then when my family moved down the hallway to wait me for me they came and asked them to move again. But no recommendation of where we would wait."

"The hotel is very nice and the satff very helpful. It has stairs that you have to use to use to connect from on e tower to the other. The onsen is basic, it has only one pool and all the ammenities are in another floor ( it does. not male any sense) We have sent our luggage and it was perfect! The meals are great"

"I was immensely pleased with this hotel. The room was advertised as having a "Mt. Fuji View" which I suspected would be barely visible or largely obstructed in some manner (thank you trauma from other misleading hotels!) BUT this hotel absolutely blew me away with the view we got. When the weather was clear, we had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji as advertised. The hotel is not far from the train station and can be reached on foot. There are several bus stops directly outside the hotel which makes...

"friendly people, private onsen, huge windows with sea view. If youre coming from the train station by foot google map doesnt show correctly stairs location you gotta turn in the small street where the white signal tower, then left at the map sign and another left in the smallest driveway"

"施設はまだ新しく、清潔感満載のホテルです。またテントと露天風呂のある別室（ガーデン）もしっかりとプライバシーが保たれ、お湯も適度な温度で大変満喫出来ました。 サービスも従業員の方々の笑顔での丁寧な対応は大変よく、到着時の軽食や選べるシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ソフトドリンクとアイスの無料サービスなど至れり尽くせりで満足いくものでした。 ２点ほど気になった点は、水回りのミラー内蔵型時計や同様の共用部分のトイレの時計が正確じゃなかったり、部屋内の冷蔵庫が殆ど効いていなかったことは少し残念てした。"

"The room was clean and spacious. Although the hotel is a bit older, everything is well maintained. The staff is very helpful and give support very quickly. The buffet restaurant is excellent with a very large selection of food and desserts. The staff also take care of used plates vert quickly. There also is a a very nice view of Mt Fuji from their garden."
