"Fantastic location, easy walking distance to many great locations and transport options. Fantastic staff - cannot speak highly enough of them, nothing was any trouble. We had breakfast at Lady Fairfax and it was lovely - the adults were able to order A la carte whilst the children enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was perfect for us some mornings. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others."

"We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great. The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. "The location was amazing but also led to the downside of my stay. I stayed 8 nights for a work trip and whilst I loved the small kitchenette and living area, I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, the temperature hard to control properly (woke up cold repeatedly), and the street noise from the light rail, sirens, and general street noise (roadworks, people socialising) woke me often. I thought I’d use the pool but didn’t (is is next to and visible from reception). My fav pick for Sydney CBD...

Drove up and the man on reception said we had to move the car immediately, meaning we’d have to drag our large suitcases and multiple bags a long distance after hours of travelling. Furthermore, the parking was $77 a night, which is extremely expensive. Then after having to take all our bags such a way, there was no concierge and we had to struggle to take all the luggage to the room. Spa facilities were small and became cramped quickly. Sauna did not work at...
