  • Nuestra vista al mar, condominio en el primer piso tiene fácil acceso a la playa y la piscina. Excelente ubicación para disfrutar de la playa, nadar, pescar, andar en bicicleta, caminar luego en la costa o jugar al golf en los muchos campos durante su estadía en nuestro hermoso condominio con vista al mar en Surfside Beach en So. Carolina. Nuestro apartamento con aire acondicionado es una unidad de primer piso final con un balcón privado. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, baño privado y puerta de patio corrediza al balcón. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas matrimoniales y tiene acceso al segundo baño completo. Una cama plegable y una cuna también están disponibles para espacio adicional para dormir. Cada habitación tiene su propia televisión y ventilador de techo. Nuestro espacioso condominio tiene un plano de planta abierto que cuenta con una cocina completa y una sala de estar con TV y reproductor de DVD, además de una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora grandes. Para su comodidad, se han realizado varias renovaciones recientes que incluyen pisos nuevos, baños renovados, puertas corredizas de patio a balcón, estufa nueva, juego de sala de estar, pintura a todo color, tratamientos para ventanas, televisores en cuartos de cama, estantes para panaderos para almacenamiento adicional en la cocina. Disfrutar de la natación en la playa o relajarse junto a la piscina. No tiene ganas de asar o cocinar? - Aproveche los maravillosos restaurantes cercanos.

Esta primera unidad de condominio final de suelo tiene sólo un vuelo de escaleras a 1/2 de su entrada, a pocos pasos de una hermosa playa. Disfrute de su tiempo en el balcón con una vista del océano. Este espacioso condominio 2bdrm / 2bth tiene una cocina abierta, área livingrm con lavadero independiente. Para su comodidad, hay 3 TV, un DVD, cable, acceso a internet y de la playa, nos ofrecen sillas de arena, bolsas de frío, una sombrilla de playa y juguetes para la arena para los niños. Relájese en la piscina y la comida al aire libre en la parrilla de carbón.

The property was so close to the ocean and easy to get to. Joanne was a great communicator and made sure we were having a pleasant stay throughout our vacation. We appreciated that there were beach chairs in the closet.

Great Family Beach Stay

Great loaction just a few steps from the sand. Enjoyed the beach, the Garden City and the Surfside peirs. Easy stay that had everything we needed.

Great Location

The condo was clean and well represented online. The owner was very nice and communicated well with us. We loved the location. It was very quite, especially at night. Hope to stay there again - possibly this fall.

The condo's location across the street from the beach was convenient. We could go to the beach and come back to grab lunch, grab what we forgot or use the bathroom and get back to the beach quickly. the front balcony does give you a small ocean view. Early in the morning and late at night (when there was no traffic) you could enjoy the sound of the ocean too. Beach chairs and cooler were nice to have. We loved the door lock and security of the condo.Unfortunately, the pool was being serviced while we there there but we would have used it if it was available. Having a garbage dumpster on the property was convenient too.We would return as guests.

Surfside Beach

We had a beautiful stay in Surfside. We had some problem getting the TV to work but our host was very gracious and sent someone to get it fixed. The unit was very spacious and nicely decorated.

Amazing Vacation Spot

I felt at home walking into this condo, very welcoming. Close to the beach, ocean view from the balcony. Other condo owners were very friendly and welcoming. Close to everything. I'll definitely be back!

Great Location

Property located in very quiet area. Property very clean and well kept. Located on 1st floor with limited steps. Parking very near steps. Property owners very nice, very responsive, and easy to work with. Hope to stay there again.

Location is great, right across from the beach and on the first floor! Lots of space for a family of 4 and easily for 6 too. Quiet neighborhood and pool. Easy access with a keypad entry. Soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and lots of cooking stuff provided. Host reached out to check in which was nice.

Exceeded our expectations

We had an excellent time on our vacation. The location had easy access to the beach and a short drive from garden city pier, shops and stores. The condo was clean and spacious with everything we needed, the beach chairs, umbrella and surf board for the kids were an added bonus. We loved spending time in the pool as well and it was a good size. Joanne was always available to answer our questions. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful location near the beach!

My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed the place. It was beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and a delightful. The owner, Joanne, checked to make sure that everything was going well. She responded quickly and was considerate. The place was so close to the beach which would take about 5 minutes of walking distance. I would recommend my family and friends to this place. Plus easy parking and a pool. Thanks, Joanne for allowing us stay at your beautiful place.

Excellent Property

This has become one of our favorite places to stay! Only a short flight of steps. Lots of space, lots of cooking utensils, and a Washer & Dryer! Right across the street from the ocean. I must not have read the description completely, as we were surprised there was no linen provided. We had to go purchase some towels, washcloths and sheets. I am saving the linen for our next stay!

Excellent getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Surfside Beach the location is perfect. We enjoyed the view and the sound of the ocean even though we were not directly on the ocean. Access to the beach was only a few feet away. The condo was clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We will definitely rent again and recommend it to our family and friends.

This has a great location. Being on the end of the building and on the first floor was very convenient. It is spacious. The owner is very responsive and pleasant. I would stay there again.
