OCEANFRONT TH with pool on the beach!


Home away from home! This beautiful townhouse features oceanfront living steps away from the beach. You will be staying in our family’s beach house, so you can expect all the comforts and amenities of home during your stay.

This home has three bedrooms, two and half baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite attached bathroom and features a walk-out balcony with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The house sleeps a total of 6 adult guests. A pull out sofa is available as well.

The main floor is an open concept design, with the kitchen, dining room, and living area open and inviting for family gatherings. Walk straight from the family room onto your private porch with captain’s chairs seating to take in the gorgeous ocean view. There is a courtyard pool and sunbathing deck. Private garage parking for 2 cars. Washer and dryer on the 2nd floor.

The kitchen got all new appliances in 2019. It is fully stocked with all the essentials required to cook a homemade meal. Small appliances include a blender, slow cooker, coffee maker, Keurig, and toaster. A gas grill is available as well (propane not guaranteed, but reimbursed if you have to buy a tank)

High speed wireless internet is provided. Basic cable and Smart TV in the main living area and master bedroom available to connect to your Netflix or Amazon account. Relax to your favorite music with a Bose bluetooth speaker.

We had a wonderful stay in this home! The location was perfect - close to great golf courses and all the top Myrtle Beach attractions - plus the beautiful ocean views were incredible, we saw dolphins everyday! The house itself was clean, inviting, and exactly what we hoped for! Our host was extremely friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our visit. Our only wish was that the pool had been open, but everything else made for a fantastic family vacation! We would happily return!

Location is excellent! View & balcony perfect. Roomy, with upstairs bedrooms & downstairs main level. Great to have access to garage, grill & washer & dryer. Basic toiletries available. It clearly is a well used rental & needs some updating. Master bathroom vent needs replaced. Extra bedroom mattress needs replaced. Guest towels basic & minimal available. No hand towels for bathrooms or kitchen.

Perfect for our family of 5!

This was the perfect getaway for our family! The townhouse was clean, had all the accommodations we needed, right on the beach with a nice pool where we could watch the kiddos play when we took breaks from the beach. Chris was a great communicator and gave us some great recommendations for while we were there! Surfside offered a great family feel, and night life was only a short drive away! We hope to be back! All our neighbors were super friendly as well and my daughter's have gone home with a penpal from Canada! Thank you Chris for allowing us to make some beautiful memories in your space!

Great place, BUT....

Great place and LOVED the private beach access but only downside is that there was 6 of us and there was hardly any toilet paper enough for us for 3.5 days that we had to go buy more. There were no trash bags provided as well. I contacted the owner and he got back to me right away but told me they don't provide which I was unaware and a little shocking. He was nice and gave me a little refund credit for the inconvenience. These rentals are charging so many fees already, they should be providing these necessity items for guests.

A piece of paradise

The house was great, perfect for a family, in our case it was our family of 4 and grandparents. The deck overlooked the pool and the beach. The kids loved the pool. We had one SUV in the garage, and a truck outside the garage. Space worked great for us! The house was well stocked, though we didn't use anything but the refrigerator, but was nice in case we did need it. My favorite part was the area in front of the townhomes marked private beach, and it truly was private for us. Not crowded and everyone in that area looked out for each other.

Great Beach Getaway!

My husband, daughter and I stayed one week and we wished we stayed longer! I have been going to the Surfside/Garden City area for 25+ years and this was our first time staying at this townhouse. It was great! Had everything we needed and was so close to everything!! The pool was very convenient being so close as well. Very nice being able to park our vehicle in our own garage attached to the townhouse. The rental manager was awesome at communicating with us. Everything was simple from booking to checking out. Hopefully we can book for next summer and bring our newborn son❤️

Everything you would want!!!

A great condo in a perfect location! We were thrilled at how close the property was to the beach, literally a two minute walk! The master bedroom balcony provides a perfect spot to watch the sun rise while having your first cup of coffee. This unit was, bar none, the most well-stocked of any property we have rented! Erin has thought of everything and is the perfect host! You will not be disappointed in your stay here!
