  • Planee con anticipación las vacaciones de verano de su familia. Las semanas se están llenando rápidamente, no se pierda una de las mejores ubicaciones en Ocean Lakes Family Resort.

    Nuestra casa familiar frente al lago con vista al lago Magnolia con impresionantes vistas al mar desde los 3 niveles de la cubierta. Nuestra casa tiene cinco dormitorios, tres baños completos y una ducha al aire libre. Todas las habitaciones tienen su propia puerta de acceso a un baño. La gran cubierta de nivel principal es perfecta para relajarse bajo el sol o la sombra mientras disfruta de la brisa del mar o pesca en su propia terraza privada.

    Está a un corto paseo de la playa, el centro recreativo y el nuevo parque acuático. Nuestra casa está completamente amueblada con SMART TV y cable expandido en cada habitación. Hay ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones y en la habitación familiar. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que necesita para preparar y servir comidas, que incluyen: horno de microondas, microondas, lavavajillas y todos los platos y utensilios de cocina que pueda necesitar. Un bar húmedo se encuentra entre la cocina y la sala de estar provista de copas de vino. Una lavadora / secadora y plancha con tabla de planchar también se proporciona. Hay una ducha exterior caliente / fría para lavar la arena después de un día lleno de diversión en la playa y una parrilla de gas para barbacoa. Hay estacionamiento cubierto debajo de la casa para dos autos. Esperamos que disfrute de nuestra casa tanto como nosotros.

    * Sala de estar: cable, pantalla plana SMART TV, sillón (sofá cama tamaño queen), butaca de amor, silla y barra para tragos.

    * Cocina: lavaplatos, estufa, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, máquina de hielo en la nevera y barra de desayuno con asientos para 3.

    * Comedor: hermosa mesa con capacidad para seis y lámpara.

    * Deck: domina el lago y el océano. Mesa para seis personas para cenar al aire libre.

    * Baño: baño completo con puerta de acceso a la habitación y la cocina.

    Segunda planta

    * Dormitorio # 2: cama litera (completa en la parte inferior, cama doble en la parte superior) más una cama doble adicional, TV de pantalla plana con cable SMART, armario, vestidor y puerta de acceso a baño completo

    * Dormitorio # 3: dos camas gemelas, cable, pantalla plana SMART TV, vestidor, armario y puerta de acceso al baño completo.

    * Dormitorio # 4: una cama doble con acceso desde la terraza a las vistas al lago y al océano, cable, pantalla plana SMART TV, armario, vestidor y puerta de acceso al baño completo.

    * Dormitorio # 5: una cama doble con acceso a la terraza con vista al lago y al océano, televisión de pantalla plana con cable, TV inteligente, armario, vestidor y puerta de acceso al baño completo.

The house was located in a great location. It was close to the beach and pool. The cookware was old. We needed to buy a pan and some utensils. My MIL said the tub in the upstairs bathroom was slippery. She needed to buy a bathmat. She said that tub/shower could have used another handrail.

Enjoyed the property with the exception of the kitchen. It was not equipped for our group of 13 when it holds 16. Also, parking was not for 4 as described in the ad. There were only 2 keys.

Great vacation

Was a great spot very accommodating nice and spacious. Only thing is we wished they had better tv’s on top of one upstairs could only get one channel and some ceiling fans outside would have really elevated the stay. Overall everything else was great

Nice place with a great view

Property was as described and neat and clean. All basics were on site and the deck provides a great view of the ocean. Convenient location to everything in the area and centrally located.

Mothers Day Family trip

House was great! Perfect location. Clean with plenty of room. Jen was accommodating when we arrived early and had some things come up that required us to leave a little late. Overall a great stay!

Would stay here again

Was very pleased with this home. We arrived and it was clean, well equipped, and would easily accommodate a large family. Good location near pools and recreation center. I would recommend this home. My only recommendation would be that it could use some additional or more suitable outdoor furniture. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great house for the family

Only had a few issues … 2 chairs in bad shape with nails sticking out .. hole in a wall .. dishwasher not the best . House was clean and bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great. Going to rent again .

Location

Stayed at this same location for 2 yrs. Great place. Only problem is for price pd and cleaning fees this needs to be checked on more frequently. For 2 yrs have had to buy mop and mop kitchen floor and bathrooms. Overall family enjoyed the convenience

Location was great with lake views and ocean views and there was plenty of room for us. The TVs in the bedrooms were small and outdated and we also were without wifi for a day but that was resolved. The kitchen could use more dishes and pantry space…we had to put our groceries on the kitchen counter because there were no cabinets to store anything. Also the mattresses seemed very old and worn and didn’t make for a comfortable night’s sleep. I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason.

only one fridge for 11 people!

We never only had one fridge availability. kitchen is very small. Almost impossible for that many people. and bringing your own bedding was a pain. but i should have looked into that first otherwise it’s a great location and price! owner responds immediately to anything and everything! cleaning was great and overall we made it work!

Synopsis of house is outdated and inaccurate

Owner was prompt to respond and resolve the rental issue we had. But the view is the only thing this house has. Living room furniture was worn out, sofa bed was broken making it extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Lots of old pots/pans; no prep/serving bowls. One of the bedroom TV wouldn't work because it was missing the power cord. The futon bed had several layers of thin foam stacked to make a mattress. The whole house was dirty inside and out, especially the kitchen floor.

Summer Family Vacation

Upon arrival we noticed blinds in front door were broken, water damage to floor in kitchen, and a hole in the wall beside the front door. We took pictures and sent to owner and she was aware. We had to clean the kitchen floor about 3 times. We have an 8 mo old who uses a walker and an 18 month old, both kids feet were black prior to us cleaning the floor. The grill provided was filthy so we never used it. 2 chairs on outside deck were broken. Otherwise, great location and owner was responsive. We also had a tropical storm for our weeks vacation but that was just the luck of the draw.

Great Location not so clean

The property was in need of repairs throughout the interior and exterior. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. The comforters and bed covers all had to be washed on arrival. There was bugs in multiple areas of the property. The floors were extremely dirty. One of the beds did not match the description. Under the home there was multiple structural members that were cracked. The entire house would shake with any movement. The location of the property was almost unbeatable. There were minor check-in complications. But we’re resolved in about 30 -45 minutes.
