When you arrive at the property to pick up the key for an online reservation They charge you 50$ deposit for the room, 9$ parking, they say that they are going to refund the 50.$ but they don’t, and the staff doesn’t change the blankets on the beds! I paid 519$ for one bedroom plus the 59$ which they don’t refund!"

"The staff at check-in was warm, welcoming and professional. The suite was clean and well maintained. The one thing that was not up to standard was the iron, it would not steam and cut off repeatedly while using. But that was not an issue because I could have asked for an exchange but never got around to it. I would recommend Coastal Hotel and Suites to anyone, couples, families or individuals I think you will fine this place to be a repeat visit."

"First, check in staff was rude. The systems was down so I had a 20 min wait just to check in. The rooms are outdated, which is fine, but they smell funny and are furniture is chipping and peeling. Specifically in the bathroom. The tub leaks a lot. I had to kill 3 bugs in the room while I was there."

"I want to be honest here, the location and the views from the rooms this hotel would be 5 stars. However, it needs some MAJOR renovations. My key lock to the room was busted, but it still worked, but it was next to the stairwell which was concerning. The ice bucket in my room literally had someone's SOCKS in it, along with the bucket liner. The toilet seat was broken as well. I needed some things and requests from the staff which they took care of promptly, but it came off more like just a...
