Way to many negative words to put into this paragraph ..but a few are...
Cant control a/c....it was hot..76 degrees
No tissues
Uncomfortable beds
Microwave is on 4th floor and is sitting on the floor
No coffee ...its available downstairs for $5
No breakfast.....
No view
Parking is $15 a nite..
Staff was not helpful at all...
Nothing at all is as described as on the website...

"There were mouse droppings all around the baseboards in our room. Especially in the bathroom. We called down to the front desk and they offered to give us another room, we checked it out, you could tell mice had been in that room also and there was candy on the floor. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed. We went back to the desk and said we were leaving and told the person working the front desk, he just said "oh, thats so strange" we left!!!!"

"Great hotel and staff. We made a quick stop here on our way to Vegas to get married, and the team surprised us with an upgrade to a suite as a wedding gift. Such a thoughtful gesture. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering a visit."

"We njoyed our stay as the hotel was clean and staff helpful and cheerful. The room was beautiful with bed comfortable. The only issue was the parking lot directly across the hotel with the unhoused which can make guest feel unsafe. Guests have to pay $25 extra to secure vehicle."

"Convince of of & on the hwy to I-25, very clean rooms at a good price. Staff was super nice and accommodating, breakfast was good, looked like a nice pool & hot tub however we did not use. Only thing I wish is you didn’t have to go to third floor for ice 😥. But a great place to stay, that was our third time. Beds were comfy too!"
