"The staff was very friendly. The pool is great for young kids, but the hot tub was over crowded with young kids as well so I didn’t get to enjoy it. The balcony door didn’t function easily and the bathrooms are small, but functional. It’s a little further off the main strip, but the free tram does stop right out front!"

The rooms were clean, the beds pretty comfortable but the furniture arrangement could have been better( bed too close to the wall) , lamp and tissue table also too close to the bed. "The room was clean, but the shower drain was broken and came up everytime you stepped on it, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet, and the shower handle would come off everytime you turned the water on. I do like the contactless check in and out but it would still be nice to see someone on the property for emergencies or anything else that might come up. Overall the room was nice and the bed was super comfy."

"No hot water and the water was orange. Property would never answer phone or messages to help us out. Ended up just leaving the room and went to another hotel just to take a shower. Horrible waste of money. "
