"Won’t do this one again. I paid the same amount here as a really nice hotel (Delta) only 10mi away. This place reminds me of a Motel 8 - super basic (not even cups in rooms) and zero frills, which is fine for a quick night stay as long as it’s clean….but it wasn’t. Pulled down my bedding to find black hairs all over the pillows and on the sheets. The pillows still smelled slept on (like dirty hair) so I requested a room change. I had to pack everything up and move again late at night -...

"I was there for business trip. It was not so far from the airport and close to Gaylord resort where the conference was. But the hotel itself was very isolated nothing was around the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was not too bad - egg, sausage, bread, yogurt, etc."

"No microwave and coffee maker in the room. We had to get up at 3am for our flight and when used hot water to get tea in the lobby it was cold water. Told the staff and she started working on refilling the whole thing and didnt offer us one cup of hot water. We had to leave as it was time. Other people would have enjoyed hot water after we mentioned it was cold."

"We had a nice king room. The hotel is like new with updated amenities, like a large streaming tv and well decorated. Room was quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was better than average, with a plus for using silverware, glasses, real plates and coffee cups. Our only problem was that the ADA bathroom was not built correctly and water from the shower did not drain into the drains. It flooded most of the bathroom and the hotel's response was to give us towels to mop it up. They really shouldn't...

"Breakfast was expensive and was less impressive than free buffets. Bloody Mary/coffee bar was not open until 11-confusing for an airport serving hotel. Slow service. Overall very disappointing for any Hilton"

"The check in experience was truly amazing. They held our bags with numbered tags and texted when our room was available. The continental breakfast was better than most. The only weird thing is that there wasn't an ice bucket in our room and aren't ice machines on every floor. An amazing location. Walkable to dining and shopping and a super quick drive to Red Rocks and Golden."

"I never saw a sign for the elevator last date of service, elevator shook terribly. The showers did not have shampoo, soap or conditioner. The air conditioner, smell like it was gonna catch fire. The toilet had quite the suction and shook the tank. The walls that were supporting the shower rod were rotten, and the shower rod was leaning and could never be straightened. There was an odd phone next to the toilet. One of the blackout curtains was laying in the corner of the room when we checked in....
