"The hotel was very busy due to a concert in the city. Our room was not ready so we had to wait past check in time. The hotel was completely sold out so we had to keep the room on the higher floor. My husband called the front desk for a blanket to be sent to us and on our bill at checkout was a bill for telephone use????"

"Overall, the stay was good—affordable, clean, renovated, and had kind staff! The bathroom is really nice, good toiletries, and lots of towels. We only stayed for a night because we are traveling, but we will stay here again if we need somewhere to stop! "It was an enjoyable stay with wonderful amenities. Spacious and comfortable room. We took advantage of the cozy outdoor patio with cocktails from the Garden Grill inside the hotel. Our bartender, Ryan, was one of a kind amazing and had our drinks made exactly the way we love them. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Houston. "
