"The lobby, elevator and room itself were very clean; however, the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. I found hair on linens that didn’t belong to me and hairs in the tub. I had to wipe it down before using it. "

"There's no sign to indicate the facility is a hotel. Upon arrival to the room, there was no towels and the telephone didn't work to contact the front desk for towels. Walked down to request towels and I was told I had to wait until after 6:00 pm for towels even though check-in was at 2:00pm. No coffee, cups or utensils to make coffee. Will never use a third party for a unknown site again! I DID NOT ENJOY MY STAY!!!!!"

"Although I was only there for an overnight stay my room was very clean and the hotel was extremely quite and comfortable. Unfortunately I had to leave the hotel quite early and couldn't experience the breakfast I was very pleased with my stay. Since I have to be at MD Anderson often I will definetly be staying at this location every time. "
