"We will definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, super convenient location and great staff. My only suggestion is that the bath towels were almost threadbare and made it feel like a much cheaper hotel. Also, the complimentary shampoo was terrible. We’ll be back but I’ll bring my own shampoo."

We had a water pipe inexplicably burst under our sink at 11 at night. Called front desk and maintenance arrived quickly and guest services moved us to another room. Recognizing that accidents happen, I applaud the hotel’s redd ads pines and handling. "

"As a graphic designer, I admire all the signage and details of The Sparrow. Super hip and modern. The room was perfect. All the nice amenities of the bright orange mini-fridge & water kettle to make warm beverages. Medina (front desk clerk) went way beyond to assist me. I injured my knee so she helped me load my luggage & bags on a trolley to take up to my room as I parked. The private parking lot was right there. The outdoor area is nice and the coffee shop was surprisingly tasty and...

"The hotel was in a quiet area, but close to restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Not flashy but a good value for the money. "

"I like the convenience of the hotel being on a main street thru town. Restaurants, stores, Costco, gas are within 2 miles. Staff was prepared and efficient to check in. I wish the dog room didn't smell like dog urine! Also I would like to see even plastic utensils in the kitchen. As a traveler I don't carry plates, pots and pans, glasses or flatware. Other than the refrigerator, kitchen is useless."
