"Always awesome here and the family suites are super great"

"Great rate for the upgraded amenities."

"It was fine. Nicer than a budget chain, but definitely due for a renovation and the bed was meh. We stayed at a second Homewood on the same trip, and the other location (shout out Richland, WA) was WAY nicer in comparison, almost felt like a different chain"

"No fire alarm in room. The wires were hanging"

"It was a great stay with a wonderful room and one of the best hotel showers ever."

"Room was great! Breakfast was good and we REALLY appreciated the free guest laundry! Long trip and needed to do some laundry. Loved everything about our stay. Close to downtown Boise and wineries. Perfect place for our getaway!"

"We love the Hyatt’s breakfast options and look for rooms at these hotels right away!"

"Great stay. Will return again!"

"Close to everything"

I could never trust them again, nor do I fully trust Expedia. Because of Expedia...

"No place on L side of bed to put phone, glasses, etc. I had to turn the trash can upside down to make a bedside table. It worked fine…but not ideal😜"
