"I love the customer service, the hospitality, the casino as well as the free drinks. The only thing I didnt like was the hot tub not working. We at stayed in a corner suite which was amazing with a jetted tub, luxury shower heads, and well decorated living spaces(kitchen table, living room and wrap around balcony looking over the pool). "

"This Hotel was great! The room was clean, and the beds were comfoi will dock a point due to the washer and dryer. tried to dry a load of beach towels through 2 cycles still not dry. We were able to go to the laundry lounge down the street. Which was great btw ..but that could be an inconvenience for a couple with small children.. The room was big and spaciious with 3 queen beds, including room b"" full size fridge "

"This hotel reminds me of the Monteleone in New Orleans. It is clean and smells fantastic, has an amazing upscale vibe, the bar has a very intimate feel with great seating and swanky drinks. The rooms are comfortable but trendy. I am always surprised by the pricing of this hotel, especially when compared to the larger name hotels with less atmosphere. It absolutely our go to in Mobile, Alabama. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Pool was nice. Its a pet friendly hotel, and there was a very noisy dog in the room next to us, so that was rather annoying. Overall a nice place to stay though."

"The property was partly doing renovations. The section we stayed in including the lobby was fine. Our room had a sitting/smoking area with a fan and lights right outside our door. Very convenient since we had friends in the same hotel. Enjoyed breakfast each AM. We did miss having the convenience of sliding drawers to put clothes in, however, all was good!"

"Front desk personal seemed distracted with personal phone calls. Breakfast meats and biscuits ran out and no one was there to service the food. Told front desk person and he was surprised. He put on plastic gloves and headed to the breakfast area. He went in a back room, put sausages in the microwave. got out biscuits and then brought them out to refill the serving line. Sausage was still refrigerator cold in the middle and another customer complained to a new attendant who seemed to just...

"Convenient location, great amenities, safe, good parking, clean facilities. We rented 2 rooms, although one was clean the other one needed a little more effort by the cleaning staff. Great buffet breakfast for $16, free coffee stand with a few options available as well. Overall, good place to stay."
