"Arrived late to our VRBO, found cleanliness to be poor. Listing was listed a no pets, found pet and human hair throughout, however worst was all the bedding, sheets and pillows. Housekeeping did come with fresh sheets at 10pm. Management had no consideration to even a partial refund, or moving us to another room. Communication slow and non accommodating. Not sure why they couldn't at lease remove my cleaning fee, when it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. "

"My favorite place to stay. Perfect location and the place is spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and bake ware. The prices at the lobby market for eggs and other things to cook are reasonable.it was easy to order safeway delivery as well."

"I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime.
The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. Plus, it’s only about 9 minutes from the gondola,...

"Bunk bedding was minimal for adults with only since thin blankets. Would expect some duvets or heavier covers.Entrance door was in the drip zone from the roof and gutters. It was a skating rink getting in and out of the unit. Very sketch.Cleaning fee more than it should be for such a tiny space. Booking on a peak holiday weekend with limited inventory. What ya gonna do?"
