"It was great for what I needed, a place to land between exploring. It was tucked back from the main road, so a little tough to find at first but I appreciated the privacy after. The staff was incredibly nice and I was able to check in early. Had all the basic amenities I needed. There’s no A/C which isn’t a dealbreaker but would have been welcomed during the heatwave."

"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It is very clean, cute, and a calm, family atmosphere. They let us drop our bags early, and the delicious prepaid breakfast is a great deal. The outdoor patio is great for a late night wind-down, and it’s across the street from a bus stop. Walkable to Wembley, and next door to peri peri chicken spots and a tesco convenience store. There’s about a 10 minute walk to a tube station. Would absolutely stay here again."

"The location was excellent and we had a fabulous view of Tower Bridge. The front desk and concierge staff were wonderful. The omelet station was a treat and kitchen staff helpful.
The lack of air conditioning in the room was a problem during the recent heat wave. But the lobby was pleasant and the room fan helped.
The housekeeping staff was the weak link. They were not responsive and sometimes didn't even clean the room. But the front desk sent them back when asked."

"My partner and I stayed for 1 night after a gig and before meeting friends the next day.
While the price for London is reasonable and in the heatwave we appreciated the air con in the room, we found other areas not so great.
The room is very compact, and while it was manageable for one night where we were only really there to sleep, if we were staying for any longer it may have felt more claustrophobic. The hardware in the room was in need of some attention- the base of the bed had bumps and...

Located immediately across Westminster Bridge in the south bank of the Thames, convenient to the Waterloo or Westminster Tube Stations, anywhere you wanted to go was minutes away!
