"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "We booked this last minute and it was the best hidden gem of our vacation! The hotel staff was excellent, the property was incredible and it became one of our favorite parts of our trip. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we’re visiting!"

"Beautiful view from the rooms and very quiet. Easy to get to the hotel by catching the 21 or 24 bus from Thun station. Restaurant is okay, I think there’s better dining options located in Thun. "

"Room was well maintained, breakfast spread was extensive, staff were top notch in terms of friendliness, sauna/infinity pool is incredible. Shuttle to/from train station on day of arrival/departure was convenient. Spiez is a wonderful little town. This is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we WILL definitely stay here again! "

"Absolutely stunning property, central location and wonderful staff. No AC which is common and not a big deal as the windows open and many fans are provided for each room. Would recommend this stay to anyone coming to Thun!"

"Die Lage ist hervorragend, da kann man suchen..... Hotelempfang und Service durchgehend sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer und Bad sauber. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch man bemüht sich mit der Pflege. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht einfach phenomenal und die Bestuhlung bequem und im Schuss. Das Frühstück ist königlich, reichlich vielseitig, mit vielen frischen Früchten aber sicherlich mehr als eine 3 plus Bewertung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Mit gratis Parking und...

"Petra made sure we had everything we needed. Room included wine, beer, snacks, fresh fruit and lovely breakfast each morning rolled in. View is amazing. We had private sauna and whirlpool bath. Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!"
