"Staff was very helpful. Room was great and very comfortable. Bathroom was state of the art (except our towel warmer didn’t work). Plus the bathroom had a USB socket, EU socket and Swiss socket. The free breakfast was great. You also get a voucher for a free beer/wine/NA drink per person. The paddle boards were GREAT to use. "The front desk staff Tiara was extremely helpful. But, for all the 3 days we were there, there was no internet and it inconvenienced us a lot. The management should reimburse us back at least 20 percent of the tariff."

"Loved this hotel! Staff were very friendly, location was perfectly in the middle of the locations we were going to. Bus stops right in front of the restaurant attached to the hotel, and this same bus goes straight to the train station so public transportation is convenient. Despite not adding the breakfast option, coffee, tea, water, and umbrellas were available to all guests. Thank you for an awesome stay!"

"Eine wunderbarer Zufall hat mich zur Übernachtung am Blausee geführt.(irgendwann muss man auch ein wenig Glück haben). Das SPA ist nicht soo klein wie angepriesen & fein! Heute gehts zum Delta Gwatt..mal schauen ob der Empfang auch so herzlich ist. Vielen Dank der Crew & Küche! "

"I was a bit uneasy about the "no-front desk" feature because we had 2 rooms and the online check-in was somewhat glitchy. Upon arrival, we were greeted and all was straightened out with ease. This property is a no-thrills, barebones, geared for the younger crowd. The rooms are very plain, no desk, no chairs. Just beds and bathroom. "Så otroligt mysigt och charmigt hotell. Min man och jag fick en stor svit. Frukosten var väldigt god och bra. Fick en känsla av att personalen inte ville ha så mycket kontakt med gästerna. Bra parkering. Men vi är nöjda och kan varmt rekommendera. "

"This hostel has a beautiful view and is right on the lake. But the WiFi situation is terrible! No WiFi in the rooms and poor signal in the common area. The property is also right next to the train tracks, and the train goes by often and way into the night.
