"The hotel is in a great location to walk along the river and up to the castle. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area and an amazing cocktail bar across the street called Atelier. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. "

"The room was very comfortable. Location was right across the street from express bus that took you to train station in 5 minutes. Hotel is a short walk from a lovely wooded park and Lake Thun. Hotel is about a half hour walk from the city center if you walk thru the park and along the lake. "

"Staff was very helpful. Room was great and very comfortable. Bathroom was state of the art (except our towel warmer didn’t work). Plus the bathroom had a USB socket, EU socket and Swiss socket. The free breakfast was great. You also get a voucher for a free beer/wine/NA drink per person. The paddle boards were GREAT to use. "It’s a delightful place to stay, service is excellent, view to Jungfraujoch is magnificent."

"Loved this hotel! Staff were very friendly, location was perfectly in the middle of the locations we were going to. Bus stops right in front of the restaurant attached to the hotel, and this same bus goes straight to the train station so public transportation is convenient. Despite not adding the breakfast option, coffee, tea, water, and umbrellas were available to all guests. Thank you for an awesome stay!"

"The front desk staff Tiara was extremely helpful. But, for all the 3 days we were there, there was no internet and it inconvenienced us a lot. The management should reimburse us back at least 20 percent of the tariff."

"The view out our window was spectacular. The home cooked breakfast every morning hot the spot. Fresh bread, eggs of various kinds, much more and even four kinds of jam! All Of the staff were helpful and friendly. We loved coming “home” each evening. "

"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."

"The room was very nice and had a patio for us to enjoy the view. The staff was excellent to assist us on our requests from an extra pillow to breakfast allergies. The location was perfect and only a couple minutes walk from Interlaken West and most of the main drag for shopping and restaurants.
