"Staff was very helpful. Room was great and very comfortable. Bathroom was state of the art (except our towel warmer didn’t work). Plus the bathroom had a USB socket, EU socket and Swiss socket. "Loved this hotel! Staff were very friendly, location was perfectly in the middle of the locations we were going to. Bus stops right in front of the restaurant attached to the hotel, and this same bus goes straight to the train station so public transportation is convenient. Despite not adding the breakfast option, coffee, tea, water, and umbrellas were available to all guests. Thank you for an awesome stay!"

"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."
