"Beautiful location and very well equipped The adults enjoyed comfortable bedrooms and the kids had a blast sleeping in the theatre room. We all enjoyed fishing, hiking and boating right off the property. Susan, , the manager, was gracious & available for any questions or concerns. "My boyfriend and I did a brief staycation here and absolutely loved it! It is pet friendly so we were able to bring the dogs and enjoy the lake. It’s also close to a few hiking trails around the lake which was perfect for us. The porch seating options were perfect for relaxing or working from home while checking out the view. Hosts were very communicative as we were getting ready for our trip. "

"Great location, great space inside and out"

"The house and property are quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed a few sunsets in front of the fire pit. The weather wasn’t great while we were there so unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy the lake life more. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We were also greeted with their lovable boys. The pups just wanted to hang out with us and get pets. I would love to visit again. "

"This was the perfect place to get the family together for our reunion! Plenty of space for everyone and lots of things to do. The property is close to grocery stores, golfing, and many different activities for everyone to enjoy. Michael was very communicative and the entire stay was easy and fun for everyone!"

"Great house, yard, dock, view, location, and very responsive hosts. When we weren't on the boat, we spent most of our waking hours on the covered deck, with ceiling fans to keep us comfortable. The yard was great for cornhole, badminton and CanJam. Would rent this house again!"

"What a wonderful cozy place to stay! The lot has an amazing view of the water and the new dock was a wonderful place to stay, play, and dock the boat. We stayed for a week and made so many beautiful memories. Everything is even better in person! Shops, and restaurants are within 10-minute range. We walked in the morning and enjoyed the area. Kids loved to see deers walking in the forest. We would definitely stay again! Absolutely a gem! "

"Is overall we really enjoy this property! The nice thing with this property is we didn't have to pack everything in our house but the kitchen sink. I had the bed sheets, the bath towels, towels for the lake, beds made up, hand soap, dish soap, very high end brand of everything in the shower! Couldn't ask for more. Very attentive! We will seek them out again. Much better than dealing with homeowners!"

"Zee was more than prompt and accommodating throughout the booking process and during/after our stay. The property kept 7 teens busy all week! Lake Norman is beautiful! We would definitely visit again!"

"Our stay at Green Cove was fantastic. The house offered more than enough room for the 7 adults we had in our family. The backyard was well taken care of and offered a relaxing place to gather after a day on the lake. We used the two included kayaks to venture around the quiet coves each morning. Boat and Wave Runner rentals are easy to find at the local marina's and the dock offered an easy way to pick up and drop off the 7 people in our group so that everyone did not need to travel to the...

"We loved it! The house was in great shape, very clean, and everyone in the community was so friendly. Kids loved the pool and being able to still have their own rooms in a tiny house. We used the paddle boards and kayaks a few times during our 2 day stay. The only thing we would do differently next time is stay longer. "
