Apartment 622 is downstairs. There are 2 entrances but easiest is to walk down stairs near Magnolia tree and open red outside door to apartment. If you enter from outside door, you will enter into the living room where you'll see leather furniture, 65 inch 4k Roku TV, Blu-Ray Player as well as twin bunk beds. To the left, you will see the fully stocked kitchen and dining room. Kitchen includes Keurig coffee maker, coffee, cream, sugar, sugar substitutes, all dishes, all cooking utenils, high chair, children silverware, blender, wine glasses, wine glass opener and over 50 more items.

In the living room is a door that includes the laundry room with washer, dryer as well as dryer sheets, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board. To the right of the living room is a large bedroom with 2 comfortable queen beds, 4k Roku TV and closet. Down the hall you will find your full bathroom with tub and shower.

You have private entrance and entire apartment is only for you. Park in any spot (1 parking spot reserved for this apartment).

Guest Access:
Entrance is either walking inside and down stairs on left or by walking outside down steps to right of house next to large Magnolia tree. Ring security cameras is located at front and side doors for safety. No cameras inside anywhere.
