Bedroom 3: This inviting room offers a king-sized bed and loft-style bunk beds, with a private ensuite bathroom.

This is a strictly non-smoking property (indoors and outdoors).

The private deep-water dock is ready for your boat - tie up and enjoy direct lake access. Our dock location maintains strong water depth year-round, even as Lake Norman levels fluctuate seasonally (managed by Duke Energy). The on-site boat lift is reserved for the property owner.

For guest safety, exterior security cameras are located at the driveway and road (2), exterior patios (2), and the dock (1). There are no cameras inside the home.
