"We had a great value package that included parking, a welcome drink, late check-out (1pm), and a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food, drinks, and fresh fruit. Overall, the price was very reasonable. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the park, museum, Westfield, and plenty of restaurants. The indoor heated swimming pool was perfect for our little one. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The spa was closed due to the Easter long weekend, but aside...

"The room was very clean. The Wi-Fi was very reliable. The in room laundry machines were extremely loud. I’m not sure if this is a hotel recent practice, but face towels are not provided. I loved everything about the suite, very comfortable and quiet thank you Marathon suites for providing me with a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. That was greatly appreciated."

"Loved the location of this hotel, easy to get to everything you wanted.. the tram, underground and a half hour walk to the harbour. Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms/bed, and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The location was amazing but also led to the downside of my stay. I stayed 8 nights for a work trip and whilst I loved the small kitchenette and living area, I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, the temperature hard to control properly (woke up cold repeatedly), and the street noise from the light rail, sirens, and general street noise (roadworks, people socialising) woke me often. I thought I’d use the pool but didn’t (is is next to and visible from reception). My fav pick for Sydney CBD...

"It is a nightmare getting in and out of the building due to congestion at lifts. They only have 2 lifts working. Please check before booking as you may have to wait 10-15min to get into the lift. Especially if you have luggage or a stroller. Hotel wasn’t transparent about this at the time of booking. For me personally, I will not return to this hotel "
