"Great location on the Thames. Nice staff and nice terrace. The room was a bit worn for the price we paid but we noticed our rate which we booked months ago was higher than the rate had we booked short notice. For the short notice/lower rate the room was worth the money. Like that it was on a pedestrian part of the street right next to the bridge. Dinner was good."

"Avoid! Club Quarters Hotel Covent Garden / Holborn. We had no advance notice there would be disruptive work on the hotel and found the lobby was half closed for various work in rooms and the floors. I asked if the drilling or hammering would stop on Saturday and Sunday. We were assured by the man on the front desk that was the case. But the noise started at from 8:30am on Saturday. The walls are paper thin, anyway, and you can hear your neighbour quite easily. in fact, the room was just weird....

Horrible shower which flooded all bathroom and thermostatic which was very hard to set up for proper temperature. We spend there only one night in the way to Legoland. Breakfast was good enough. We had all we needed. Good coffee."

"2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....
