"Pool was closed, had to ask to find out. 2 out of 3 staff unfriendly and not helpful, one was helpful but not friendly. Clean but older hotel, rust, no microwave, 2 of 3 elevators out of order. Good onsite parking options, great location to Metro"

"The rooms were very clean, the views out the window not necessarily the best did not like staying next to a freeway and that being the view of my window did not like the fact that they didn’t have a microwave in the room. They had a refrigerator Great no microwave. I think that was an extra charge perhaps did not like the hours of the pool from 3 to 8. I thought it should’ve been at at least 1212 noon noon to eight."

"The staff was very helpful and there were many useful features for the rooms. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service the entire week we were there, in a 3rd floor room. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient. We also noted one of the bedroom doors stuck and would not close all the way. The dresser drawers similarly had issues and did not open/close all the way. Overall, it was a good place to stay for the week in the DC area, and we would stay again."

"Never go there please it’s extremely hot and dirty , the bed is terrible the floor dirty the bed cover dirty the stuff very rude."

"The front desk was very rude. They don't have free wifi. Dog poop everyone. It stinks when it rains. They don't ask if you need new towels, etc. Lots of rats running around on the side where Five Guys is at. No fresh air because you can't open the windows. Overall if I could rate a 0 I would. Please don't stay!!"

"Decent room. Has to be moved due to wet carpet and smell due a leak from fridge or air conditioner. Staff worked quickly to move us to another room. Room was adequate but two beds instead of King. Air conditioner had issues .. had to adjust often. There were notable cosmetic issues in room and bathroom. Beds were not great. In positive note.. staff was great and good breakfast served."

"Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy."
