"Very bad service"

"Gym not bad. Strength training equipment definitely needs a refresh. Could us a weight-lifting bench that inclines and declines. Dumbbells would be a dream, but you really don't have room. Pls hang a clock. My room was clean but light switches dirty. Had a burnt-out bulb in one lamp; I switched in a bulb from another lamp which left it with one bulb instead of two. I let it be. More than three pillows on my bed would have been nice. I like the vinyl floors. They were clean and nicer (to me)...

"We stayed an entire week at this hotel, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was hot and ready each morning. Breakfast was terrible except the omelette station. I love Staying with Embassy suites but this location definitely needs a lot of work not cosmetically just customer service. "The staff was very helpful and there were many useful features for the rooms. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service the entire week we were there, in a 3rd floor room. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient. We also noted one of the bedroom doors stuck and would not close all the way. The dresser drawers similarly had issues and did not open/close all the way. Overall, it was a good place to stay for the week in the DC area, and we would stay again."
