"I reserved this room for my parents for a little weekend getaway and they absolutely loved it! The property and the room were sparkly clean. The pool is super welcoming and the location is perfect! The owner Matthew went above and beyond to ensure their stay was perfect. He took time off his busy day to show my dad where the beach chairs and umbrella were in his property free for them to use during their stay. They will 100% be back another time. "I was very disappointed with our stay at Hotel Zamora. I have stayed in the past and was excited to go back. There were 2 weddings scheduled the weekend I was there, which caused an understaffing issue and many miscommunications. For example, we got a ride from the hotel to the beach and were told to call the hotel when we wanted to be picked up. I called for 20+ minutes with no answer so we decided to call an uber. The hotel seemed chaotic, understaffed, and kinda dirty."

"Harry’s beach bar closed substantially earlier than advertised - which was annoying - you could have walked to another place - but when we booked we were under the pretenses that it was available!! Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work and some didn’t even have outlet covers - the washcloths had stains - the couch was stained in multiple places - we payed a decent amount of money to stay here and was not impressed overall!"
