"This property is family owned and run and they are lovely people. Matthew the owner was so friendly and helpful with restaurant and activity ideas and even sent a message on the date of arrival my room was ready at 11am instead of 4pm. The property itself is so pretty and clean and comfortable. I also met great people staying there and will definitely be back."

"Daniella at the front office was lovely. The rooms are horrible. Website shows updates but that’s not accurate for all rooms. The room we had was cramped and dated and the linens were not soft at all. It’s noisy and for what we paid they don’t even have daily housekeeping! The beach location is very nice but the hotel is awful. The property does have a nice BBQ area and 6 Adirondack chairs ( only) facing g the water. We booked through EXPEDIA for the week of Easter. "Our condo was great! Lots of space, with new lighting, appliances, tvs, and updated bathroom. Beds were clean and comfortable, the furniture was planned out thoughtfully and for plenty of people. The pool was nice and the area by the bay was comfortable and inviting. Beach access is just across the street. Publix and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk, yet it’s location is quiet and peaceful. We’re happy we chose to stay here. "

"This place is mid, severed its purpose. If you are looking for clean rooms, decent WiFi, any sort of housekeeping, space for all of your stuff this isn’t it. Housekeeping only cleaned our room after checkout. Sand in every crack and crevice. From desk was nice every time. Not much of a menu at Jimmy B’s bar and grill. "

"Our stay is commensurate with the other reviews here - average. Like most, check in at 4pm dragged until 5:30pm as rooms still needed to be cleaned. Front desk staff had no idea when it would be ready and we were told 20 minutes to 1.5 hours. The room was small but clean. We got fresh towels daily. The beds were comfortable; the pillows were very flat. Wifi worked well. Property itself is average. Pool is nice but small with no lounge chairs available by 9am each morning.
