"Great hotel for our 3-day stay in Tokyo. As Canadians, it was helpful to have a front desk staff who spoke English and we’re quite helpful to arrange taxis, transport our bags to the next city, and give us tips for were to eat when we arrived late the first night. Room was bright, clean and well setup. In-room laundry was really nice, and the girls liked the pool too. Oh - and the beds and pillows are excellent. You’ll enjoy this place for a family stay."

"Location, location, location. The location doesn’t get any better. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff is great. The location however is unbeatable. I thought it was going to be weird staying above a train station - but it was the smartest thing we did. Everything was easy and accessible."

"An amazing room!. Very close to Shibuya Crossing without the heavy crowds. The room had plenty of space for a family of six. I wish the property had baggage storage options within the building for pre check and post check out."

"Really straightforward process and clean facilities. So far best hostel experience in Japan. Rooms are small but bunks feel private. Walking there with suitcases is not impossible but bumpy . Very quiet"

"The room is clean and the staff are very helpful. I was planning to call a taxi next morning to the airport , and the staff reminded me that there is bus service right at the hotel. So it was super convenient. We paid for the breakfast for 3 adults and 1 kid, mostly western style breakfast if it is something you want."

"The hotel was a fantastic stay for our family of six. We were traveling with four teenage boys and ourselves. If you have the option to purchase the buffet breakfast, absolutely do it! The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. The rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the property was outstanding! The location was off the beaten path, but right by the train station which allowed easy access to all the areas of Tokyo. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but manageable."
