"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. We stayed for 3 nights but for longer stays the lack of storage would be uncomfortable since you’re practically living out of your suitcase. Very...

"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"Housekeeping was a little rough. We had to keep asking for wash clothes. I stayed at this same hotel in August and we had robes, slippers, toothbrushes and there was none of that. I had ask for wash clothes twice and they didn’t do a great at cleaning the room.. completely different experience."

"Room tiny but clean. Bed barely adequate - the thinnest, hardest mattress I have ever encountered in a hotel. I am not a heavy and I could feel the wooden slats underneath the mattress.
I stayed one of two nights booked and stayed with a friend instead for the second night.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, property was reasonably clean. "

"Bedroom was very small...tiny, no windows. Okay, fine. But no chair to sit on or small table to do a little computer work or drink coffee in the morning, I had to stand up!!! Afraid to sit on the beautiful white bed ...without of coffee. Also, no phone. I case of emergency....what to do???"

"Location was perfect. Hotel was tidy.
Very Zen, leave your electronics elsewhere feel (ie. No phone, no tv); which we were expecting. The most minimalistic environment I have ever seen. Room amenities do not exist. No closet, no dresser, no phone, no counter space for toothbrush, toothpaste, makeup, etc. There was not even a toilet paper holder. The shower pools to almost the entire bathroom space. No privacy, frosted glass for bathroom. My wife and I are close but we typically don't openly use...
