"Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. "

"Very comfortable"

"Entry is dingy and smells badly of cat urine. Living room is smallest room and seats 2 comfortably. The kitchen is ok. Nothing special but ok. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. AC units in both bedrooms worked great. Didn’t love the parking situation but nothing bad happened during the 5 night stay so may have been worried about nothing. Lots of homeless in the area and city as a whole. "

"This house worked excellent for our family to stay for the weekend for college graduation. Perfect location to get around and see South Side."

"Home was very comfy children enjoyed there stay I was able to relax and feel comfortable stay I would definitely book again."

"Personally we went there through the greyhound bus, which was litteraly next door so it was a perfect location for us! + we went to Pittsburg for Tekko Convention, which was again, really a perfect location for us since it was litteraly a 5-10 min walk away! It was just as described, nice and clean. I personally found the communication okay! And I would definitely book again for next year 😌"

"Was in town for an unfortunate situation due to a family member needing an emergency surgery and was a little worried about booking a property with no reviews, but after speaking with the owner, I was put at ease and let me tell you this property is not only in a great location, but also such a beautiful property and the house even provided breakfast, pastries, and snacks as well as drinks so definitely already looking into booking another trip out to Pittsburgh just to stay here! "

"The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!"

"Nice area in downtown Pittsburg PA. It was roomy. Furniture was cheap but we understand why. "

"Arthur was great with the communication from the start. He answered my questions promptly. Check in was simple and the place was super clean and exactly what we expected. We only stayed for one night but it had all we needed. Location was right off the highway within minutes of stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back again!"

"House was clean and exactly as described in the listing and within walking distance to restaurants. Neighbors were nice and friendly as well! Neighborhood was quiet. We had a great time hanging out and playing cards in the kitchen. "
