"Stayed one night on our way back to Southern CA from Portland. Nicely decorated rooms. Loved the stained glass window in Suite 1. Comfortable bed. Relaxing garden area with plenty of chairs. There were mosquitoes and other bugs. Wished the bathroom was closer to the rooms. It feels a little like glamping. "

"We loved the charm and uniqueness of the hobbit house….So fun and magical! Loved hanging in the backyard at the pool and especially eating all our meals outside on the patio and covered patio at night. Highly recommend! Oh….playing pool with family was a blast!"

"Love this house! The location was wonderful! It’s close to river, zoo, park and in a lovely little neighborhood. The house was clean and everything we needed was there. King bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed all aspects of the house. Will definitely stay here again if in the Sacramento area and will happily refer our friends. "

"A perfect price/quality ratio. Very close to the convention center, which was exactly what we needed for the CIM. The apartment had everything we needed, including *very* comfortable beds. (The Keurig machine didn't work, though, but that's okay as there was a french press.)"

"Overall, the stay was wonderful. Lorraine was a great host who was always quick to respond, house was as described, and check-in and check-out was simple. One of my friends accidentally left a bag and Lorraine notified us right away. Thank you again for being such a great host and for the little birthday touch. "

"We had a wonderful stay in El Dorado Hills. The property is beyond fully equipped. It offers amazing views of Folsom Lake facing west for nice sunsets and the home neighborhood is great for walking to the nearby parks. We had lots of nice wildlife around including deer, peacocks and hawks flying at eye level. The owners provided a very clean space, updated appliances to cook and a very warm welcome to a great space. I would highly recommend this VRBO. "

"Lovely home with all the accessories we needed from dishwasher to dog bowls. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Backyard was irresistable. Local park was a lovely close walk!"

"Great place for our extended family of ten. Enough sleeping spaces and bathrooms for everyone. Kids loved the pool and neighborhood playground within walking distance. "

"Met up with my siblings for the second time at this hone! We love it! It was so spacious for cooking, eating and visiting. Master bedroom and bath were huge!!! Nice green backyard with a breeze. Busy street for a walk, but quiet streets nearby and an olive preserve suited the bill. Very quiet inside the house."

"Love the floor plan of the house and the location was perfect for trips back and forth to Davis. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a jail back relaxed home like atmosphere."
