"The hotel is in a good location outside of the downtown area hotels. I would suggest if staying here renting a car would be very helpful and convenient if you do not like to walk. My family and I walked for about 10 minutes from the hotel to the main road to catch the bus #10 that drives up and down W Bay St for about $2 per ride. "The Staff, the Pool folks, the bartenders the people at the buffet. Everybody was so loving and courteous. The only thing I would say for improvement is updating the rooms outside of that beautiful. We are going back again next year and taking people with us."

"A entire week stay long, never had turn down service, daily cleaning service was poor and toilet amenities were not repositionned. The acondicioner was never replaced. I requested more towels, never came. Security lockers in both doors in the room and balcony were brocken. Bed linen first night was not fresh ... Really looked usted. Although I complaint never had turn down service or better assistance. Ineficient staff, poor cleaning and horrible food and NO service. All is extremely expensive...
