  • Esta espaciosa casa de Sonoma está situada en prestigiosas propiedades de Sobre Vista en más de 5 acres con un camino cerrado, piscina climatizada con energía solar y spa en el suelo. La casa principal tiene una gran cocina con mostradores de granito con una amplia mesa para comer para que toda la familia / grupo tome el desayuno mientras contempla el jardín y el césped. El comedor contiguo tiene capacidad para 16 personas con un amplio espacio para que todos puedan disfrutar de una elegante comida familiar, mientras que la sala de estar ofrece amplias ventanas, una chimenea de leña y un excelente lugar para relajarse.

    En la casa principal, los niños disfrutarán de su habitación (una doble con litera doble y una cama con nido), así como de los juguetes, juegos, bicicletas y canasta de baloncesto con mucho espacio en el interior para encontrar un rincón para jugar. (Tenemos 3 hijos, ¡así que lo conseguimos!). El dormitorio principal es enorme con una cama king size y un rincón adyacente para durmientes adicionales, con su propia bañera de hidromasaje y ducha doble. Dos dormitorios adicionales dan al jardín, cada uno con una cama queen size. La sala de la piscina completamente cerrada funciona como un sexto dormitorio con dos camas individuales y tiene su propio baño adjunto. los

    La casa de huéspedes está a pocos pasos de la casa y tiene una cama king size con una sala de estar separada, su propia cocina y baño con ducha. (colchonetas extra para dormir en el armario)

    Además, separada de la casa y lejos del ruido de la piscina, hay una oficina privada completa con escritorio, wifi, impresora / escáner y mucha sombra, para aquellos de ustedes que simplemente no pueden escapar por completo.

    Nuestros encantadores establos le dan ese toque único de Sonoma para asegurarse de que sepa que no se encuentra en la ciudad, pero lamentablemente la propiedad no está totalmente equipada con caballos.

    Hemos trabajado duro para hacer que esta casa sea hermosa y cómoda, y esperamos que la disfrutes tanto como nosotros. Los grandes espacios de reunión y los arreglos flexibles para dormir lo hacen perfecto para vacaciones en pareja, escapadas de chicas, reuniones familiares, vacaciones o para permitir que todos se queden y se reúnan para bodas en bodegas cercanas.

    Estamos rodeados de bodegas para aquellos que quieran ir a probar o simplemente salir y hacer una pequeña caminata al lago Sobre Vista con vistas sobre el valle y muchos patos para que valga la pena. Pide prestado nuestras bicicletas para un corto viaje a Glen Ellen (1 milla de distancia) o a Sonoma Plaza (4 millas de distancia) o al campo de golf Sonoma Country Club (1 milla de distancia) o conduce hasta Infineon Raceway (12 millas) si estás tan inclinado O simplemente sentarse junto a la piscina ...

This was a great property for our family gathering. Plenty of bedrooms and the kitchen was well stocked. Every one loved the swimming pool and pickleball courts. We had a minor issue with an interior door that was addressed quickly.

Amazing place

This place was incredible, especially for an active group with the tennis court (with pickleball courts), pool, and more! It was an amazing place to spend a weekend!

A wonderful home base with lots to do!

We had a great time staying in this wonderful property. So much to do, we spent lots of time on the pickleball court and hanging out in the lovely living room.

Beautiful space with amazing pickleball courts!

My friends and I were looking for a pickleball retreat and this was perfect. The court conditions were superb and the rooms were clean and very welcoming.

Perfect accommodations for our group of nine. Plenty of space as well as privacy. Would love to return in warmer weather to enjoy all the outdoor amenities!

Great place for a well rounded family get together. Host was very responsive and the whole stay was smooth. One thing that makes this property stand out is you feel off the beaten path but are 10 mins to Sonoma Square in one direction and 10 mins to Glen Ellen in the other. Would love to return.

Amazing Place

Gorgeous house with plenty of space. We stayed for a laid back bachelorette party. It was a beautiful property and plenty of space for our whole group. Everyone had a bed which was important to us. We really enjoyed ourselves and wish we could have stayed longer

This home is well suited for extended family and Friends who love outdoor sports and fun. Many options to keep everyone engaged but plenty of space to slip away and read a book. Close To amazing restaurants, cafes, and vineyards. Easy drive to parks and other outdoor activities.

Gorgeous property in a beautiful setting.

We had a wonderful stay in anticipation of celebrating my niece’s wedding. The house was a blissful retreat full of amenities. Great pool, bocce ball court, tennis court - even a batting cage. Incredible kitchen perfect for a family gathering. We loved every minute.

Family week

Fantastic property! Beautifully maintained grounds, wonderful pool & hot tub. So much to keep kids and adults entertained both indoors and outdoors. Great kitchen and dining room to accommodate large groups. All bedrooms and bathrooms are top notch. Would definitely rent again.

Magnificent property

A wonderfully designed and curated property with something for everyone! This was a great location for a multi-generational family gathering with plenty of spaces to congregate and get away. Being in the middle of wine country was definitely a bonus. The owner was very responsive and sensitive to the needs of our group. Highly recommend!

Our family of 8 adults and 3 toddlers enjoyed a wonderful time at this home. 5 bedrooms, lots of indoor & outdoor space. Pool, playard, tennis, batting cage & a garage full of more games - foosball, pool table & ping pong. Beautiful master suite & updated kitchen.

Wonderful Wine-Country Get Away

We are a group of college friends who take an annual trop to somewhere wonderful and this was no exception. The home was well equipped, especially the kitchen which had EVERYTHING. We did a lot of cooking. The weather was unseasonably warm but we enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as all the games and property. This place would be great for a large family gathering.

Great place!

We stayed with family visiting from Europe and this house was just great! Lots of space for everyone, well equipped kitchen, and lots of activities for everyone! Great communication with both Paul and Jason with any issues that came up. We look forward to coming back in the summer hopefully! :)

Perfect House for a Gathering of Family and Friends

We returned to Paul's fabulous, spacious home after two years where we enjoyed the additional amenities. Both kids and adults spent hours in the heated pool and played basketball, tennis, and pickle ball. The well-supplied and expansive kitchen delighted our resident and outside chefs. The bedroom and bathroom layout perfectly met the needs of 12 people.

Great Home for a Large Family Getaway

Nice home, and great pool. The house was perfect for our family reunion. FYI.. No cable TV just streaming. TV only in main family room. This could be a problem if you watch sports. Property manager was very helpful. We had a great time.

Wonderful family retreat!

Wonderful home with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to spend time together as a family. We enjoyed the hot tub, pickleball, bocce ball, and pool tables. Great location - not far from Sonoma plaza, wineries, Sonoma market, and an easy drive to Napa. Great kitchen for preparing meals for a crowd! And a great supply of dishes, serving dishes, spices, etc. recommend walking thru the place with the caretaker when you arrive to learn how everything works! (He was very helpful).

Pros and Cons

The property is private, woodsy, and has very enjoyable outside sitting areas, including a fire pit which we enjoyed every evening. The kitchen is very well stocked, better than any VRBO we've ever visited. For a large house, the AC works very well. The living quarters certainly need some repairs and improvements, e.g., an inoperative microwave, a mattress replacement, a screen door off its tracks, etc.

Perfect Family Oasis

We stayed here with 4 boys ages 10, 12,13 and 17 plus 4 adults and a grandparent. This spot was perfect. The kids played pickleball, pool basketball, batting practice, and enjoyed the game room in the garage with pool,ping pong and a video game. The adults enjoyed the pool (pool volleyball) and fire pit. It's close to great wineries and restaurants. The owners made excellent recommendations for dinners, wineries and even massage therapists that came to the house. One day we took the whole family to kayak the russian river (about 45 mins away). This was the perfect home, with plenty of space and numerous things to keep everyone entertained, and centrally located.

Perfect Family Rental

Great property with lots of activities for families to partake in from tennis, pickleball to foosball. The pool was the prefect temperature for swimming in the evening as the sun went down, as the temp outside was in the 90s for us during the day. We didn't use the tennis/basketball due to heat with sun coming down. The main house kitchen is large enough to accommodate multiple prepping/cooking and the large dining table could site everyone easily with comfort. BBQ outside worked great. The beds were super comfortable in every room. The casita it nice away from main house by a few yards. Didn't use the casita kitchen so can't comment on that. Any communication with owners was excellent with quick responses.
