"Had to pay $20 a day to park, pool was broken and not fixed during my entire 3days stay, the elevator broke the second day, had to take the stairs from the 6th floor. Staff are horrible. The AC in my room broke from the first night, my room was changed the second night. All this kids from Sheraton hotel at the price they charging was a very unpleasant suprise and a huge disappointment. Don’t ever use this hotel, you will hate yourself for wasting money"

"This was our first time staying at the hotel and it did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I chose the queen sized room. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was a small space however, we loved the vibe. The hotel’s decor was interesting and beautiful. We loved the location and parking was easy. This place is a definite when we need to spend the night in Baltimore. 😊"

"The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The first morning room service did not come. The second morning they did come. Breakfast was decent. All in all solid but not spectacular."

"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."
